MyVAID — Privacy Policy

MyVAID is operated by Ops Flow, LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use myvaid.com, why, who it goes to, and what you can ask us to do with it.

MyVAID is a product of Ops Flow, LLC. For the purposes of privacy law, Ops Flow, LLC is the controller of the information described here.

What we collect

Account information. Your email address and a password. We never store your password itself. It is run through a one-way hashing function and only the hash is kept, which means we cannot read it or recover it for you.

What you tell us about your business. Your industry, your team size, the problems you select, and anything you write in the optional description field. This is the input your report is built from.

Your reports. The recommendations generated for you, and any tools you save to your stack tracker.

Usage records. How many reports you have generated in the current month, your plan status, and account timestamps.

Payment information. We do not collect or store your card details. Payment is handled by Stripe, which sends us a customer reference and your subscription status. Your card number never reaches our servers.

Technical information. A session cookie that keeps you signed in. Standard server and error logs, which can include IP address and browser details, kept for security and debugging.

We do not collect phone numbers, and MyVAID does not send text messages.

How we use it

To create your account and sign you in. To generate your reports. To enforce the free tier limit. To take payment and manage your subscription. To send you transactional email, such as a password reset. To fix problems and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

AI processing

Generating a report means sending your business description and selected problems to a third-party AI model provider, which returns the recommendations. Your account email and password are not sent.

Your information is not used to train anyone's AI models.

Model output can be inaccurate. That is a product limitation rather than a privacy one, and it is covered in our Terms of Service.

Affiliate links

Some links in your report are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up, the destination tool may tell us that a referral came from us so a commission can be paid. Those programs may also set their own cookies once you land on their site, which is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.

Recommendations are generated by the model first and affiliate links are applied afterward, so commissions do not influence what gets recommended.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who need it to run MyVAID, in these categories:

• Payment processing. Stripe, which processes payments and may act as merchant of record on your purchase. Stripe handles your card details under its own privacy policy.
• AI model providers, for generating your reports.
• Email delivery, for transactional messages such as password resets.
• Hosting and infrastructure, where the application and database run.
• Error monitoring and analysis tools, which may incidentally receive technical details from a failed request.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case we would tell you first.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising and we do not run advertising trackers on MyVAID.

How long we keep it

Account and report data is kept while your account exists. Password reset tokens expire after one hour. Logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging.

If you delete your account, we delete your account record and your reports. Some information may persist in backups for a short period, and we keep what we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records for tax purposes.

Security

Passwords are hashed rather than stored. The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the production database is restricted.

No service can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy of it, or object to certain processing. You have these rights regardless of where you live as far as we are concerned, so just ask.

Email info@opsflow.pro from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Children

MyVAID is for business use and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

International users

MyVAID is operated from the United States and your information is processed there. If you are using it from elsewhere, you are sending your information to the United States, where privacy law differs from your own.

Changes

We may update this policy. If a change is material we will give notice in the app or by email. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
